I love the colours in this, very nice.
Its exposure is technically perfect, but I can't help but feel that maybe 1/3 of a stop lower would have added some extra moodiness to this fairly powerful clock tower.
The noise is also a bit of a problem, but one that often comes hand in hand with HDR. I don't have enough experience in the medium to give you ways to avoid that. One tip would be to have all yoru shots perhaps a third of a stop brighter than you intend, then darken in photoshop (or preferrably CameraRAW or your HDR program). This will often help eliminate noise (unless you use a higher ISO to boost the exposure of course).
